Sesame Snow Peas
Ingredients:
8 ounces Snow Peas
2 Teaspoons Light Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1 teaspoon Ginger (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
Steam or blanch peas until bright green (1-2 minutes).
Over medium heat, heat both oils in a saute pan. Add garlic and ginger and cook until there is an aroma. Add the peas, salt, and chili flakes and toss for about 1 minute.
Plate and finish with sesame seeds!
