Creme Brulee
This recipe is as easy as they come! You can't go wrong. Even if you don't have a torch you can make this!
You can even serve this without caramelizing sugar on the top and garnishing it with fresh Strawberries!
Ingredients:
5 oz. Creme Brulee Powder
17 oz. heavy cream
10 oz. milk
Preparation:
Heat cream and milk to 176 degrees, boiling around the edge of the pan. Whisk in powder string briskly. Cool and pour into heat resistant ramekins. Top with granulated sugar and caramelize sugar under broiler in oven on high until browned.
