Antica Italia Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

This Balsamic, unlike 99.9% of balsamics from Modena Italy sold in America, gets all of it's sweetness from the grapes and plenty of woody nuances from aging in oak, chestnut, cherry and juniper wood barrels. Most "balsamic" is just regular vinegar with food coloring to make it black and added sugar to make it sweet.
