Naragansett Creamery is in Rhode Island, but they pick up their milk from small dairies in Vermont who have milk to spare and can guarantee no hormones and no antibiotics (which is not hard to find in Vermont). They are the first to produce a food service priced mozzarella from Vermont as Vermont cow's milk is very expensive! It is a true "Fiore di Latte" (flower of milk) style of mozzarella, with
rich milky and grassy flavors you will not find in large production mozzarella. Not to mention a
light and airy texture. We source this amazing Mozzarella through
Caputo's Market and Deli Downtown!
