Chicken Teriyaki Burgers with Grilled Pineapple
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Chicken
1 Egg White
¼ cup bottled Teriyaki Sauce
¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
½ teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Mustard
4 slices fresh Pineapple, ¼ inch thick
4 Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
(or make an open faced burger with Crumb Brothers Bread slice)
Directions:
Combine Chicken, Egg White, Teriyaki Sauce, Red Onion, Black Pepper and Mustard in a bowl.
Shape into 4 patties.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill patties until done.
Grill Pineapple slices till slightly caramelized on the outside.
Place one slice of grilled pineapple on each burger pattie, and serve immediately.
