Sugar Snap Peas with Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
8 oz. Sugar Snap Peas
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tablespoon Butter
½ Red Bell Pepper, cut julienne
½ Yellow Bell Pepper, cut julienne
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Steam or blanch the Sugar Snap Peas until tender.
In a saute pan, over medium heat, toss the garlic, butter, Red & Yellow Bell Pepper, Salt and Pepper, and the Sugar Snap Peas together.
Serve Immediately!
