Baby Mixed Heirloom Tomatoes Spread & Ciabatta Bread Hors d’Oeuvres
Ingredients:
Fresh Ciabatta Bread, cut in slices
20 Baby Mixed Heirloom Tomatoes
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Bleu Cheese Crumbles
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
¼ Cucumber, peeled & minced
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Fresh Chives, chopped to taste
Directions:
Wash and slice the Baby Mixed Heirloom Tomatoes in quarters. Place in bowl and set aside.
Mix together Mayonnaise, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Garlic, Cucumber, Chives and pepper. Toss in Tomatoes gently.
Slice Ciabatta Bread and Half. Top with Tomato Fresh Spread.
Arrange on platter and serve!
