Sweet Honey-Glazed Pineapple and Peach Skewers
Ingredients:
4 fresh Peaches, peeled and sliced
½ Pineapple, cored and cut into thick wedges
¼ cup fresh Lemon Juice mixed with 2 cups Water
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup White Wine
Directions:
Soak Peaches in Lemon Juice and Water mixture for 5-10 minutes.
Combine Honey and White Wine and mix well.
Assemble skewers alternating Peaches and Pineapple pieces.
Brush on Honey Glaze.
Grill on medium heat for 5 minutes each side, or until they begin to caramelize a little on the outside.
Serve immediately.
