OK. I loved winning the giveaway. The chocolate was fabulous and I am saving the honey to use on a special breakfast of scones. The avocados were perfect It was really hard for me to share them. I ate most of them just plain on saltines. I used the unbelievable peppers and the onions for fajitas. I cooked them in the crook-pot so it smelled great all day long. The snap peas didn't last long enough for me to try your great recipe, but I had it at my mom's house and it was great as well. Having too much fun with the food. Thanks.
I loved the snap pea recipe. It was AWESOME!!! I would never had tried a yellow pepper if I didn't join this harvest. And...I found out that I love yellow peppers. I also couldn't believe how big it was. It was a big as my baby's head, so I had leftovers (which we use don a pizza a couple of nights later). Thank you Muir Fresh Harvest!
